Trust is at the core of Get sorted. Every part of the platform is designed to keep clients and specialists safe.

Verified registration

Every account is created with a working email and a verified phone number. Specialists complete a full profile with categories, service areas and portfolio before they can bid.

Real reviews only

Reviews can only be left by users who actually completed a job together — clients rate specialists and specialists rate clients. Ratings cannot be bought or faked.

Reporting system

If something looks wrong, use the “Report” button on any profile or job. Every report is reviewed by our team and can lead to warnings, suspensions or permanent bans.

Your safety on the job

Always agree scope and price in the in-app chat before work starts, keep valuables secure, and never share bank card details. For emergencies contact local Irish emergency services on 112 or 999.
